Non Smoking Property

  • Dream Inn is a non-smoking property. A $200 smoke recovery fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Accesibility

  • The guest house is wheelchair accessible, it features one fully accessible room.

Check In

  • Check In Time 3:00PM.$25.00 will be charged for check in’s after 11pm.No check in’s after 3AM.
  • Check Out Time 12:00 NOON
  • Front desk hours are 8.30am to 11.00pm. All check in’s after 11.00pm need to be notified by email at least 24 hours before arrival.

Early Check-in and/or Late Check-Out Policy

  • Requests are extended complimentary based on availability.
  • If a room is not available upon early arrival or we cannot extend your requested late check-out, our staff will be happy to store your luggage for you.

ROOM OCCUPANCY

  •  Max Occupancy 2 adults
  • One child under 12 sharing the same bed stays free.
  • Roll away beds available in limited rooms ($25/night)

Cancellation Policy

  •  All cancellations have to be made 5 days  before arrival date.
  • Cancellation  fee after that is 2 nights room charge plus tax or
  • length of stay whichever is less.
  • Cancellations need to be confirmed by email. Not over the phone.
  • No refunds for no shows ,late arrivals or early departures .
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • A fee of $50.00 will be applied for lost or damaged  room/entrance key.
  • Safe boxes must be left open at checkout.
  • One night deposit will be charged anytime after the reservation.
  • Non-Refundable rates will be charged in full anytime after the reservation.

Payment Options

  • We accept most major credit cards.
  • Room payments can be made in cash, although we do require a credit card at check-in to guarantee incidentals.

Pet Policy

  • No pets allowed except Guide dogs.
