The hotel reserves the right to admission at all times

NON-SMOKING PROPERTY

  • Dream Inn is a non-smoking property. A $200 smoke recovery fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Wheelchair ACCESSIBILITY

  • Dream Inn is wheelchair accessible, it features one fully accessible room, and all of our other rooms can be accessed via our elevator.

CHECK-IN

  • Guests have to be 18 or older to be able to check in without adult supervision.

  • Check-In Time is from 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm.

  • Guest must present valid identification as well as a credit card upon check-in.

  • Check Out Time: 11:00 am

  • Front desk hours are 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.

  • Guests are required to give a $150.00 deposit as incidental either by Credit Card, Debit Card, or Cash.

EARLY CHECK-IN AND/OR LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY

  • Early Check-Ins are welcome anytime after 8:30 am. We will gladly store your bags so you can enjoy our roof deck, or explore the neighborhood and the beach while we get your room ready.

  • Late Check Out requests are extended based on availability (up to a certain time). If a guest deliberately checks out late without notifying the front desk, will be charged a $25.00 fee for each additional hour after 11 AM.

ROOM OCCUPANCY

  • Max Occupancy: 2 adults

  • Only registered guests will be allowed on-site

  • No room for additional beds.

  • Room For 4’s maximum occupancy is 4.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All Standard Policy cancellations have to be made 7 days before the arrival date.

  • Cancellations need to be confirmed by email. We do not accept cancellations over the phone.

  • No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

  • No Refunds for Non-Refundable Reservations and rates will be charged in full anytime after the reservation

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

  • A fee of $50.00 will be applied for lost or damaged room/entrance keys.

  • One night deposit or a 50% balance can/will be charged anytime after the reservation.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • We accept AMEX, Chase, Discover, Visa, Master Card, PayPal & Cash. All reservations require a Credit Card for incidentals.

  • All guests require an incidental deposit of $150.00 which will be taken upon check-in. This Incidental Deposit will be taken on a Credit Card as a hold and will be released on the day of check-out. Normally this release will be reflected in 4-7 business days.

  • Any charges not cleared at the time of check out the credit card info on the reservation will be considered as authorization for the uncharged settled amounts. 

  • For Non-Refundable reservations, the entire amount will be charged before check-in. For Standard Policy Reservations, 50% will be charged previous to arrival and the remaining 50% will be charged upon arrival.

Large Groups/Parties

  • We reserve the right to admission. No partying is allowed at any time. In the event of a disturbance, one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.

PET POLICY

  • No pets allowed.

  • Service Dogs with certified documentation and/or uniform are allowed

HOTEL PARKING

  • Limited parking is available free on a first come basis.

  • We do not charge or guarantee parking. Street parking is also an option close by and is free.

Airport Transfer

  • We do offer private airport shuttle, please contact the Hotel to arrange this option.

Beach Essentials

  • We have beach coolers, beach towels, beach mats, sunscreen, and much more for your use, at no charge.

Housekeeping

  • Your rooms will be cleaned daily.

  • Stained Pillow Covers will be charged at $5.00 a unit.

  • Stained Towels will be charged at $10.00 a unit. 

  • Stained Linen will be charged at $15.00 a unit.

  • Stained Comforter will be charged at $40.00 a unit.

  • Lost/stolen beach towels, blow dryers, remote controls, keys, irons, and towels will be deducted from the credit card provided upon check-in.
